1. Today I looked over and noticed a few fallen soldiers in my bouquet of sunshine yellow wildflowers.  I am a tiny bit sad, but a nod of respect and a thoughtful blog post must first go out to them before they hit the compost bin. I bought this bunch the week I moved to San Francisco. So these babies survived 3 whole weeks! This actually may not be a big deal…but I’m super excited by it. I usually buy grocery store flowers that last about a week. I am convinced this bouquet has thrived this long because it lives in a house full of love and happiness. =]  Trader Joes. Wild bunch. I think $4. Go get em.
